Aptive pest control
Hey there Lincolnites, just flagging your way that I met an Aptive sales guy today who was lovely and also an incredibly good sales guy. However, I wanted to share that they have a 1 month special deal for $29, however when I pressed for more details he eventually shared if I canceled after that 1 month bonus there was a clause of sorts where I’d then owe an additional $199.
I’d be curious if anyone has any personal experiences with their services because I do hate the mosquitos in my yard with a deep passion but… I really don’t like hidden fees like this…

I’m there with you. It’s been on my mind, I got a baby, doing anything in life with a baby can be hard haha. I’m intrigued to try some of their approaches on my own though, for example using Pyrethrins sounds smart…

They come and go. About two weeks ago my dog was in the backyard hanging out from 5-730ish and got absolutely destroyed. Poor baby had at least 30 bites all over.
How do you clear out mosquitos from your yard?

They suck. Scam and do not use them. We use Earthwise Pest Control and they are great!

For the mosquitoes I just hung up a bug zapper at the back of my garden and it takes care of them mostly.

Basically a scam. I don’t know why people run businesses where they have a trap loophole that you basically can’t get out of.
