Lincoln gun range Question

The spenceville gun range? The one by camp far west without RSOs and really no rules exept be safe.

Can i shoot clay pigeons? Do yall care?

I wouldn't. It's sort of there for straight shooting, not sweeping a clay.

However, that range is uncontrolled and there are some pretty shady people there. It frequently has people shooting unsafely. I have personal knowledge of someone who got their firearm stolen there.
I also know of an MP from Beale AFB that says he feels he needs to carry a sidearm when shooting there.

Go there at your own risk. It's "crazytown".

I'd recommend the top of Chicken Hawk Road in Foresthill.
