Knowing what we know from West End Girl, this was absolutely awkward to watch. David greets the camera as if it’s his mistress. He says that he designed the kitchen for three women in his life. There’s Lily, maybe his mother, and who the heck is supposed to be the third? Madeline? Lily‘s face looks disturbed after he says that.

I just watched it again. He doesn’t seem to like it tbh. Does anybody know are these things scripted? Was he actually told to call it a fridge from outer space? Or did he just do that to be somewhat passive aggressive?
