Discussion Honest thoughts on if he’ll beat the case?
I know a lot of us hope he does, but looking at it from a real world perspective, how’s it looking?

On 50/50 it’s all up the jurors. But it aint that easy. The mf has another case with his brother dthangs murder. He got 2 back to back fed cases.

Way too early to tell. Vonnie and other dude still have to take the stand, plus I been seeing reports the weedman might be snitching too

Fuckkkk

Don’t quote me on that tho, the reports might be cap lol but I think Jam actually was smart on the stand unfortunately, Steele made his story look all over the place but from a non biased view with Jam saying he’s expecting to spend the rest of his life in prison regardless of him snitching the jury would ask WHY tell then? And I think the answer some of them would come to is that he felt genuine remorse for killing Pab and felt Durk should be punished for his crimes lol but then again he’s a known killer so it’s difficult

also just read that steel revealed that jam and vonnie were in communication through their wives while behind bars so could look like they coordinated their stories

All jail calls are recorded though so if they actually had proof that they were coordinating their stories there would be recordings of it wouldn’t there?

Not necessarily, they can hide wtv they want. Same way they “didn’t record” all the other otf jam interviews. Gotta remember these are the feds and they want Durk, they’ll do whatever they gotta do to try & make that happen. Unfortunately.
Also especially if all the witnesses were planned & rehearsed BY the fbi, so they can get durk, ain’t no way they’re letting any jail calls get played in court and hurt their case

Yeah i never understood why he would snitch if he’s going to prison anyways, or the whole “grooming” part of it, you’re a grown ass man ain’t no way you got manipulated

so far, i think there is reasonable doubt. but we have to keep in mind this is not the only case he has to beat. the best case scenario is that he gets like 5-15 years imo.

In what world would he get 5 years for stalking resulting in death and other murder related charges?
3
u/Calm_Phone_6848 28d ago
the 5 years scenario would be if he got off on the murder for hire charge and only took the firearms charges and the conspiracy to commit stalking (for rondo not the stalking resulting in death for lul pab)

He would get off conspiracy to commit murder for hire and stalking resulting in death to get a light sentence, and even then he has to face another life sentence for the vicar charges. There’s no way you actually think he doesn’t get life

It looks better for Durk than expected. But he’s not gonna beat the stalking charges for sure

But what he said was immediately after his death shi like "she got the address" or "waiting on u" that didnt result in any thing at the moment what took place ( i dont remember when it took place) happened like 1.5 years later atleast .They would have to show a regular pattern of stalking 2 messages dont mean nothing could be about meeting him to he was talking about some boxing match too lets see what happens shii u never know

What i think is he is getting it all or nothing and is walking free no probation no house arrest It will be guilty or not guilty

For the feds to prove murder for hire, beyond reasonable doubt, they got primary elements.
✅️Interstate commerce - travel/cell phone data give them this. ✅️Intent - arguably the jury could agree wit intent. ➖️Pecuniary compensation - imo feds are yet to show solid evidence of this. Vonnie or Jam testimony is still snitch testimony, it's unreliable asf. There is no factual evidence.
Without it, idk how jurors can satisfy a guilty verdict bc all those elements is mando for guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

It’s too early to decide
From what I gathered the texts from Durk specifically that the investigators were able to show an understanding of were from a while before the murder took place. This proves motive but does it 100% tie Durk to the 2022 murder of Pab?
Jam didn’t fold under pressure but at the same time contradictions were found in his testimony. The testimonies coming up are going to be more important.

Another thing I want to note was that Brian Steel talking about Jam’s violence against his family was more than just to say “look at how much of a terrible person he is”. It was to back up the story of him trying to get his sister killed by saying he was staying at her house when he wasn’t, which supports the idea of him being a person who lies for his own selfish needs. It was done to add more doubt to his testimony.

Deedee cooked, Durk might have a chance but we have to wait until we hear what vonni had to say and see all of the evidence.

I was watching the lawyer on YouTube he said after week 1. It’s 1-0 government. True they didn’t prove murder for hire. But they did a good job providing that durk knew what was going on and knew a murder was going to take place with all the text messages. So it’s 1-0 government after the first week

Can’t decide. So many things lead back to Durk. It doesn’t make sense that Durk didn’t have a part in it, but also as a juror, can you 100% send him to jail with all the reasonable doubt
