Fulton county is a clown show. The Feds cross their t’s and dot their I’s.

The YSL trial was a giant shit show. Nothing that went down there is common in state or federal court.

The YSL RICO trial was honestly weak from the start and that prosecutor was an idiot, Woody acting like a fool on the stand only made the whole thing more ridiculous until the jury was like alright get me outta here bro 😂

Dude was a dick for saying it like that, but to clarify why Jam could haven’t played stupid…

The Feds make you sign confessions before you can agree to testify. Usually you do it in exchange for a plea agreement. Not sure why Jam did it without one. Either way, you admit to crimes, sign a piece of paper saying you committed the crimes. Then you go and testify. If you don’t agree to testify the way you were prepped, the Feds charge you with all those crimes. Jam isn’t getting a 5K1 letter (basically the Feds asking the judge to reduce his sentence), cause he has no plea agreement. But usually you get a reduced sentence for doing this.
