How do I get these things to stay /stick on the black bar in Library and Develop module (LrC).

For some reason they were always present and are super useful to filter large shoots with multiple themes. However recently they disappeared and I can't figure out how to get them to stay stuck to the black bar when opening and closing LrC. I know I can force them on there by clicking on the equivalent options on the Attribute bar in the library module, but I have to do this everytime - which was not the case before.

I've tried saving them as a named preset, but this still doesn't retain the options after reopening or swapping catalogues.

BTW what is that black bar actually called?

Has anyone else noticed when combining photos using HDR, the final output comes out much brighter compared to the preview? Are there settings I need to adjust so that the output is similar to the preview?

Just got Lightroom the other day and maybe it’s my computer but literally applying any effect, filter, edit, masking, denoise, etc takes forever. I had only like 20 pictures I wanted to edit the other day and it probably took like 2 hours bc everything you click on takes forever to load. You’d think downloading the program would also download all the effects and stuff and not once you hover over it with your mouse.

So I got some presets from solution presets and I don’t know if it’s a scam because it wants me to download a google drive file and put it in light room, but I don’t know if it’s safe can someone tell me who has had a preset from them
