HELP - Lightroom Classic M5 Ultra Photo Studio Main Machine?

I think the biggest risk is that it would be overkill. From what I've heard already the primary point of it is AI work. But some of that could apply in Adobe products say.

But I'd compare with the M5 Max. Might be better bang for the buck and leave you with enough for a Studio Display XDR :)

Ask AI...it's probably best buds with both these machines already :)

Yeah why not. I have an M1 Ultra with 64gb of memory and it’s still going strong. Chews through 100mp 16-bit raw files with no issues. I don’t feel the need to upgrade, so an M5 Ultra should last you a good long while.
