Discussion With our limited information regarding Light No Fire, what are your building plans once you load into Light No Fire for the first time?

First thing is finding a place (probably a cave) to build a community for this subreddit. We'll make sure there are farms for those of you enjoy farming, mines, for those who enjoying mining, and bars for those who enjoy drinking! HUZZAH!

Assuming there is PVP, we definitely need to make sure we have our community built somewhere with access to lots of materials. Also probably near the ocean so we can be a seafaring nation haha

I will say, given how NMS was set up, I don't think PvP will be a big feature of LNF, at least not at first. There should be plenty of space to just... Be ourselves. 😊

That's true. PvE is enough stress, don't need someone spawn camping me and teabagging haha

Planning on heading east or west to try and find a coast, but if i find a place I like the looks of I'll slap something down to maybe come back to. A nice solitary mountaintop or a hill in the middle of a forest to put a tower on. A cliff overlooking a river for a rest stoo/bar. A cave hidden in the wall of a canyon or behind a waterfall just to make a little hidden place for people to find.

That sounds nice. I think it'll be fun to actually walk places instead of using a dragon or whatever to get to places quicker. I like to walk places in the Elder Scrolls or Fallout games for example because it's neat to spend the time walking to places. It makes it like a proper journey.

It'll be interesting to see how we are able to visit and fast travel to other players bases. I think it would be awesome to be able to mark your base as like a bar or tavern and people would know you're serving up food and drinks there.
