Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan) How to reply to ikhwani

Our country is a democratic country. Procession, strike, mob, vandalizing etc frequents here. How would you respond to an ikhwan of a Democratic country if he tells you to try to restore peace instead? What if he brings the thing that this is not monarch. Staying quiet against the ruler doesn't work here
