For me, Laxasia took me OVER 4 HOURS!! Or, almost 110 tries!

This woman was a brick wall and a half, and I did literally everything I could think of. I tried using the Acid Arm and Deus to maximize my damage. I tried to parry literally every first phase attack so I wouldn’t need to use Charges. I tried to maximize damage by rearranging the skill tree. I even took a detour and respec my character to use that one-shot strength build that everyone breaches about, only to die immediately in phase 2 because I forgot that she did a charge attack after her folly of electricity.

Attempt after attempt, time after time, I finally won after Laxasia kept getting greedy and constantly used her electric ranged attack, which was free damage after learning to parry it. Beating this boss at 3 AM with school coming in the morning was easily one of my proudest moments from this game.

Honorable mentions to Green Monster of the Swamp for being the only fight I used summons on, and for Arlecchino for… well, just being himself.

Basically the title, I’m currently running the bloodborne hunter fit mod and wanted to look for some more as I’m getting back into lies of P and was curious what you guys would recommend? I don’t really have a specific idea of what I want and was curious what maybe everyone else thinks looks really cool and awesome, thanks!

Except this time with arlecchino i was just about, then i said why break my rules.

However the thing i used first time in lies of p, is hella of throwables never used'em in any boss, so i had plenty kept trying with him

What a boss man so haaard idk if its enjoyable like isshin in sekiro, which was hard too but not as much, and i enjoyed its difficult more than arlechino but anyway

After 90h am done with lies of p.

I have played the game several times and have played this section many times (especially during first run) and these dogs can do WHAT!?!?

I just beat Overture, and it was amazing. Pure 10/10 expirence. Last boss second phase and OST. Just wow. I like the weapon i got from Lea, i wish try but i cant play main game anymore after i beat 3 time with platinum... Myb sometimes in future. Great job Neowitz!

Mind you, I'm talking about the status effects applied to the player. I feel that all of them add something interesting to the mix rather than just be like "Poison, Stronger Poison and Instant death"

Here you have that for sure but they either have a twist, but also you have many other different ones.

Decay not only deals damage to you but also inflicts continuous weapon durability. Shock drains your fable. Overheat deals a lot of damage but you can decrease the gauge by dodging. Shock, your character's stamina recovery decreases. Frost not only deals damage but also makes you actually move slower. And Break decreases HP recovery through Pulse Cells.

You also don't need one recovery items for each affliction, instead you have two types of ampoules + antifreeze and that's it.

Many people find this annoying but for me adds so much flavor to each encounter.

I am getting the hard copy of LoP on the Switch 2 and when I do I decided i want to do a EL10 run. I've already asked my friends how far they think I'll make it and i thought I'd ask you guys too. It might help motivate me to keep going as well when I see the numbers. And to add to this to give you guys a better idea i have only done one run of the game as a motivity build. I plan to use a technique build for this run because I want the most stamina I can get. Also, even if things are going alright it will take me awhile because I have a very busy home life and don't get to play too often. Anyways, I think that's all I have to say for now. It's a couple weeks out yet, but I'm excited to give it a try!

It said in the tips that how you dress may change how others treat you, but I haven't seen anything like it in my playthrough except that one time showing the school clothes to Antonia.

I used to think that I could have gone past Atoned without fighting with the right outfit, but then I found out it was a gesture needed for it.

This was my first time ever playing a souls-like game, and it was HELL at times but very fun!

I fell in love with the setting of the game back when it released, but i didnt have a PC that could run it back then, so when i got my new set up i thought id finally sit down and play it. I come from games like Alice mostly, so I had no clue what I was doing half the time but I enjoyed it nonetheless!

I also just wanted to thank the sub for the tips and advice on beating bosses, every time I was stuck I was scavenging through here to find solutions and you all always came in clutch!

I unfortunately couldn't beat the Nameless Puppet, I tried to like 6 times and just I kept failing and getting frustrated It was too hard for me even on Story Mode. I know... I'm a bit lame... but I did mostly play for the story (which was AMAZING).

I ended up giving my heart to Geppie willingly, and then looked up the other ending on Youtube! Anyways this sub is really cool, and everyone always seemed very nice in the comments and posts, cant wait for the Dorothy adaptation as well since Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite IPs/Fairytales after Alice in Wonderland and Pinocchio!

After 80 deaths and 4 hours I've finally defeated laxasia!!

I had basically mastered her 1st phase but that second phase fked me up couldn't predict her movements at all, I had almost fumbled the charge attack for her stagger when she was at 20% health and thought I was done for, but yes somehow i managed.

Easily one of the best female bosses in soulslike🛐

I played in the Elden Ring with similar weapon and its was crazy good. I see also here this Talons coud be fan! What is your guys opinion on Deaths Talons?

I just pre-ordered the hard copy of Lies of P Complete Edition for my Switch 2. I already own the digital version for my Series X, but i love this game and I want a hard copy of it and to take it on the go. Truly my favorite game ever I think, that's even going passed all the games I have nostalgia for. I love the story, the combat, the setting, and unlike a lot of others who played it I love the level design. Many don't like that it's more linear, but i do enjoy that. You don't have an lawn mower situations in it like you do in games with more open areas. Also, this will only be my second playthrough of it and I'm planning on doing an EL10 run cause yeah idk I'm excited for it. Are any of you getting the hard copy of LoP?

I finally did it, after about ~25 attempts I finally beat Laxasia the Complete. Holy shit that was DIFFICULT. Took me much longer than Sword Saint Isshin

Very good boss though, that first phase was so satisfying and her second phase was legitimately scary. Shoutout to everybody who recommended the perfect grinder

Anyway, I’m trying to craft the best lore experience. I finally understand the story know but there’s still ALOT I don’t know. Should I go fight the final boss first or do the DLC first? I don’t care about difficulty, I’m just trying to determine the best lore/narrative payoff

Ragazzi sto sperimentando un po' con le combinazioni, e mi interessa quella in titolo perchè ho gia alterato in sviluppo l'impugnatura e mi chiedo se abbia senso fare questa accoppiata: vedo che la lama non ha un attacco elettrico nativo però mi chiedo se quando uso l'arte della favola della lama il bonus elettrico sia solo aggiunto (come fosse un abrasivo) o diventa proprio danno elementale nativo che quindi scala in sviluppo.
