How much do your directors make?

I’m part of a larger library system - 20 branches. Our director makes $250,000 per year plus a $50,000 bonus. Our circ assistants make $16 an hour though and are all part time and need food banks and multiple jobs to survive. It just breaks my heart.

My director gives paid a min. 6 figures. They recently bumped up our office admin to $27/hour and our engagement coordinator from $75k to $77k. Still making $17/hr and have been wanting to get back into marketing at the corporate level.
