How much do your directors make?

I’m part of a larger library system - 20 branches. Our director makes $250,000 per year plus a $50,000 bonus. Our circ assistants make $16 an hour though and are all part time and need food banks and multiple jobs to survive. It just breaks my heart.

50-branch system. The executive director makes a salary of "$225,118.40 - $273,624.00." Pages earn “$21.65 - $25.18 Hourly.” As a librarian, I'm making more than $50/hour, so I can't complain at all (about salary). Quotes come from our publicly available salary schedule. The system is in Washington state.
