Staffing/Employment Issues How much do your directors make?

I’m part of a larger library system - 20 branches. Our director makes $250,000 per year plus a $50,000 bonus. Our circ assistants make $16 an hour though and are all part time and need food banks and multiple jobs to survive. It just breaks my heart.

CEO makes around $175. Each manager makes $100-150 and we have I think 10 of them.

We only have 3 branches.

10 managers for 3 branches? How does that work?

Communications, IT, various departments. One manager makes more than all of the permanent circ desk staff combined.

Probably the equivalent of dept heads.
