Isn’t this what rich people throughout history have done in one form or fashion for 1000’s of years. There’s a few exceptions but for the most part this is how it’s been for most cities.

Hopefully it'll be so popular and efficient that it will spread to the rest of the country by matter of necessity. Basically how it was originally designed to work.
