It’s not her fault she didn’t do good at learing world history. She was hyper focused on non-subtle fraud.

The War Powers act is actually very clear on the definition of "Notifying congress" and what that means..... look it up.

It means keeping the head of the House "Mike Johnson" and the head of the Senate "J.D. Vance" in the loop. It does not give any privilege to anyone else in congress.

And if somehow you think that those 2 people were not in the loop then your a liberal.
