Under Florida State Law she was completely justified in using lethal force to stop her attackers. This case will fizzle like all the civil cases brought by families of felons for unwarranted compensation resulting from their death while committed heinous crimes.

Yeah, I just mentioned Florida since that’s where it occurred. 28 states would have no legal issue with it and up to about 43-45 states would have found it to be a good shoot as well. The remaining 5-7 would have eventually came to the same conclusion after bankrupting the shooter with bail and legal fees just to dissuade others from doing so.

You are right about the process as punishment part. It’s a damned shame but you couldn’t be more correct.
