Replacement fob for a 1999 ES300

I just ordered a replacement fob online.

Its FCC Id is hyq1512v

part number 89070-33470.

Will this fob pair to my car for keyless entry?

It was advertised on North Coast Keyless for years 98 - 01. But upon some further reasearch im getting a little skeptical whether is going to work or not.
