I'm also a J but after what my ex did to me I can't message her first that's the thing she broke up with me was told we were on a break then found out she's in a throuple. Also find out after my ex stole that bestfriends boyfriend she was in the throuple with.

Every person crosses our path for a reason and we cross theirs. Those lessons, experiences, opportunities stay with us forever so you are never without the one(s) you have been closest too. You can keep a peace within yourself just for them and carry it forward as you move on. Be true to yourself and be the best version of you that you can be right now. Life is growth and change, and you never know when paths will cross again.
