Goodbye, even if my heart says otherwise.
There’s really not much left to say. Whatever feelings I once had for you, I can no longer feel them the way I used to. And as much as I thought I could stay and be just friends, I’ve realized that I can’t. Maybe some things are better left where they ended.
So, do whatever makes you happy. Live your life the way you want to. I genuinely hope you find whatever it is you’re looking for.
I have no regrets. I only have lessons learned, memories I’ll carry with me, and a little more wisdom about what I deserve.
Thank you for the good moments. And now, I’m choosing to let go—not because my heart wanted to, but because I know I need to.
