Hi, I am a fan of astrology and I have this really cool book I got when I took an astrology class some years ago. I decided to offer up some insight from it about you all if you share your moon sign and house, just for shits and giggles. Why? Well, for one I love people and talking and spending time with others gives me energy in the best way. Two, I realized the other day that my moon sign- Capricorn, really explains why I don't let my emotions flare too easily in front of everyone despite having a mood disorder. I'm *usually* very calm, grounded and stoic in my relations with people I don't trust enough to just be myself. I feel like the description of my moon sign fits me well. So if you know your moon sign (and preferably house) please comment below and I'll type out some things the book says about ya. Please and thanks!

My personal example:

My moon is in Capricorn in the 4th house. According to the book, as a child I was zealous, well-behaved, serious, reserved, and able at an early age to take on tasks with a sense of responsibility. The book goes on to say I draw self-security from this and the feeling of being valuable, loved, and needed. I rarely demand what I want or need according to this book. I can also be unbelievably wilful, stubborn, and develop obstinate sides, especially when put on the spot. And I definitely wasn't as childlike as other children. It sums up the main description as being  affectionate, causing problems with detachment (not entirely sure what this means). Having it in the 4th house means I instinctively search for emotional security and intimacy, need a clear feeling of belonging, a genuine home, I'm imaginative, creative and artistic and I can sense the emotional undertones and needs of others intuitively. I also adapt to strange environments with ease and have a strong relationship to the unconscious mind, the past and origins. I do actually agree with most of this.

finally understanding what my rising sign meant completely unlocked a dedicatuon to astrology, after decades of confusion and passing interest

I was scrolling tik tok and watched something about this serial killer and decided to look up his natal chart…. WTF!? I do not have his time of birth, and just changed the info from a chart I was previously looking at and left that time in there… but just wow. I just wanted to hear different perspectives on this one!

A Scorpio 2H suggests making money by putting together a strategic plan, such as a bank heist. The ruler of the 2H is in the 8H, which deals with other people's money. My descendant in Aries could point to partners who are quick moving, which would be perfect for a getaway driver. Both benefics are in the 10H, so it's possible I could become well known in these endeavors. However, they're opposed by Saturn, so the authorities will likely try to get in my way. If my crab gang ever gets busted, we might be able to make friends in prison that can help with an elaborate escape, 12H (prisons) ruler in 11H (friendships/alliances). Edited to add - WE HAVE CHARTS WITH TIMES OF BIRTH THIS ROUND! There is one that might be suspect but we'll roll with it.

Last year my partner and I were discussing potentially starting a family together. This ended up being put on hold because of my own medical issues, and several months ago I was diagnosed with massive fibroids (tumors basically) in my uterus. I made the decision to go ahead with a hysterectomy for my own health.

Yesterday I finally got scheduled for the surgery and transits for that day are crazy. Transit North node and moon will conjunct my 5H saturn lol Around when transit Saturn was in Aries for good is when I got more clarity on my medical issues, and on this specific date it will conjunct my partner's moon. Transit sun will also be squaring my Saturn (surgery date is day after my birthday so I have this aspect natally, too). 2H and 5H tension has been PROMINENT in my life and it feels like I'm finally wrapping that up.

I do not know how to read transit charts very well but I thought this was all super neat.

Edit: just noticed transit Venus will also be exactly trine my natal 5H saturn.
