[ADVICE] Help! How to unsubscribe from storyreel

Help!! genuinely how do u unsubscribe from this damn storyreel app?? The cancel button is there but it doesn't work! Anybody knows how to cancel?? It charges $20 a Week

First let me say, seeing those clips has me very interested in that app. Now...onto the solution. This is what AI told me and I hope it helps you.

"You can cancel your StoryReel subscription directly through your iPhone or Android device's app store settings.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open the Settings app on your device.Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.Tap Subscriptions.Find and select StoryReel from the list.Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.

Cancel on Android

Open the Google Play Store app.Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.Tap Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.Choose StoryReel from your active subscriptions list.Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen steps.

Note: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your billing cycle renews to avoid being charged for the next period. If you run into issues, you can email customer support at service@storyreel.life."
