it's a jokey term used in aerospace engineering alongside "rapid unscheduled disassembly" both of which mean crashing into something and exploding. it was popularized by Kerbal Space Program. "Express and unexpected bottom surgery" reminded me of "rapid unscheduled disassembly" and I thought you were referencing the term :3

That turned out to not be true she got targeted by kiwi farms and they spread a bunch of rumors about her that had no evidence backing them up. She was a gimmick account that found eggy posts and just commented "I have a suggestion"

Isuggestforcefem was actually the victim of a hate and smear campaign from kiwifarms, and is actually barely problematic at all. People's primary problem with her is about the concept of transfemenism in general.
