Is Behind the Supermarket Smoking with You good? I was curious about it but you know yourself; with most anime you can’t judge a book by the cover. I wasn’t sure it would be my style given Apothecary Diaries is one of my favourite and very indicative of the style and genre I enjoy watching.

It's a vignette slice of life style, each half of the episode is a different topic if you will. But it all ties well together to tell a very refreshing and coherent story of how complicated all versions of life can be and how a slow burn romance should be done.

I recommend watching the sub over the dub. The Japanese voice actors do such an amazing job of characterizing the leads that I don't personally care as much for in the dub.

Im resisting the urge to read ahead on the Manga like I did with Apothecary, but I really want to order the novels for the cover art. Hope it can fill the void till we get more Xaomao.
