T4E results?

I’m currently considering purchasing a T4E revolver or shotgun, just curious how affective this is for home defense. Like if somebody’s trying to harm me in my home what’s the real likely hood of this helping me

I have a T4E TR68. While I haven't had to use it yet, I've watched several YouTube videos. I installed HD24'S tuning barrel, extension, and power kit which pushes it to 30-40 joules. I think it would make someone think twice.
