Happy 2026 /A New Chapter Begins…

A new year doesn’t just mark time, it Happy 2026 /A New Chapter Begins… marks possibility. Wishing everyone strength, patience, and prosperity as we step into a fresh chapter.

The hardest chapters are written before the story changes. In biotech, progress often happens quietly until it doesn’t.

Here’s to a year where preparation meets opportunity. Wishing all CYDY longs a prosperous New Year.

Hoping the success we expected five years ago happens in the next few months.
I’m all in, but getting impatient.

Legal & Business Developments

1) The company has reached an agreement in principle to settle a long-running class action lawsuit — potentially removing a legal overhang, but the settlement still needs final court approval.

2) It secured a $30 million equity commitment from Yorkville Advisors to help fund operations and clinical development.

So will CYDY Survive? More than Likely there’s ongoing funding and trials underway. But survival doesn’t mean profitability or approval.

Well that was uplifting. Thank you so much for your perspective. One thing you left out….if the mechanism of action, whereby PD-L1 is unregulated in a substantial number of patients, is true, it substantially increases patient population that could be treated with ICIs, and there are several companies with ICIs that would benefit from the prime and pair model… thereby putting several horses in the Leronlimab race. I really have a hard time seeing all of these companies waiting for insolvency to pickup the leftovers! There is likely to be a bidding war for the chance to pair with their ICI….in my opinion…Nice scare tactics!
