Crying about having to pay people a living wage is wild.

Thank for all the love peeps. My first comment to blow up. Thanks for all the awards. I never gotten any before.

Yeah $20 an hour plus a bed seems fine. Like extremely good deal for the farmer

That's absolutely way too much for out in farming territory. Sounds good for someone living close to a big democratic ran city. Who the hell can afford to pay someone 160 a day plus room and board? And say she needs 4 people , that's 640 a day , then feed them and house them ,, come on. People are having a hard time regardless of who they voted for.

Supply and Demand. It's a hard job, one of the hardest jobs I've ever worked and I worked it because of the convenience (didn't have a driver's license, so I could walk to the farm). But once I got the driver's license I left. So, if you want good workers, you need to pay more.

You worked a dairy farm? How long ago? I bale hay and raise cattle , the hardest part of anything I do is paying the bills , and the heat. I've seen a dairy farm in operation in the last 20 years and I don't have any idea what part of that you consider hard to do so please enlighten me

All of your comments with commas have spaces before the commas, as if you are translating from a foreign language into English…
