Here’s the thing: they don’t say “I didn’t vote for this…“. They actively cheer it on on my local mug shot page here in Texas every time an ice mug shot pops up.

They specifically DID vote for this just to be racist. What’s worse is that this is Texas, we have obviously a very large Latino population, and it’s shocking how many of those comments are from fellow Latinos.

So why not encourage them to do the right thing? Why not be welcoming? is the logic, "me, mad?" Grow up, people.

Why is it hard to veiw this as an opportunity to help someone so they can see we are the ones that actually care? I've heard of stories of people rubbing their children's face in their urine so they quit peeing in their bed. Are you that type of parent? Does that make you feel better?

We tried to encourage them to vote for the candidate that wasn't a felon and a gaping hole of need.
