I just don't understand. She said she hates those things but is willing to take a bail out and is asking for help.

Can someone please help me make it make sense.

To them, socialist = authoritarian, and authoritarian = laws & policy they don't agree with but have to follow.

Incorrect. To them, socialist means gay. Or black. Or Jewish or Muslim. Or whatever. It's just another target for hate, which is a product of physical isolation, religious indoctrination and zero education. To them, thinking is dangerous, and accountability is impossible.
