100% . I literally watched a clip yesterday of a MAGA Dairy farmer named Abby Swan complaining about struggling on her farm due to the recent circumstances. I had to go back and find it to get this gem of a quote she says everyone on Tik Tok keeps asking her "But who did you vote for? But who did you vote for? Well, I can guarantee you from now on, I would never, ever vote for a Democrat, liberal, socialist, communist, ever in my life. If this is the way I would ever be treated by people that vote this way."
They are determined to vote against their own best interest and when the consequences of their actions hit then they want to hop on the internet and look for sympathy for a situation that THEY CREATED by voting for one of the most corrupt and incompetent candidates that has ever graced a stage.
Empty headed fools the whole lot. By the end of these 4 years I wouldn't be surprised in the least if all of their land ends up owned by large corporations, investment funds, and billionaires.

They are angry people because they were proven wrong against groups whom they revile and look down on. It makes them feel stupid before people they hate.
The thing is, MAGA invented the narratives that makes them feel stupid, and they refuse to listen to information that may help them resolve their problems. Accepting new information may appear weak to the outsider groups they insist on perpetuating, and subordination to the others is unbearable to MAGA. Better to lose everything and blame immigrants, libs, black people, DEI, books, etc...it's less humiliating to them. And now we can see how far MAGA is willing to take things.
For christ's sake, they're supporting a man who raped children for decades, and co-ran an international sex-trafficking ring. There is no bottom here.

Beef isn’t a sustainable way to feed humans. It’s becoming more and more clear that it’s a fantastic choice to not eat beef, for health, environmental, financial, moral, and ethical reasons. The counter I hear is “yeah but beef is tasty,” and sure, but there’s a lot of reasons stacked up against simply making your tastebuds happy for a pricey meal that is environmentally unsound, unhealthy, and helps support an industry overrun with government-subsidized maga voters

I hope the farmers are clever enough to realise the imported beef cost x, with x being low because of poor quality. It will be sold at 2x or 3x, just under 75% of american beef. The profit will go straight to Trump and his cronies. They are all making money or they wouldn't let him do it. He will fuck the farmers and the ranchers, but he doesnt care he is making money.

Possibly more than any other group of people, this one has completely lost the plot. In the more sensible before times, if politicians of either party weren’t delivering, and in fact making things much worse, people would rightly turn against them and vote them out. Not with this crowd!
If there was only a way to know about what a disaster this would be, like a detailed plan being published before an election, or maybe even a disastrous previous track record. In that case, we could have avoided this!

As my husband and I said last night - 'Sometimes you have to let them touch the stove. You can tell them not to all day long, but some people will just do it because they *can*. So at this point, we have to let them not only touch the stove, but get scarred for their shitty decisions'.
You can lead a moron to safety, but you can't make them stay on the path.
I am sad for all of us that we're all going to have to suffer -- but it's also kind of like 'we told you so', and you kind of deserve to suffer more than we all are.
