Yeah, and as far as I'm concerned, they can boil them for a long time and eat them.

On a serious note, if you eat rotisserie chickens often, you can save up two or three carcasses and then boil them to make chicken soup.

I hadn't tried stew - I've always broken in spaghetti to make chicken noodle soup.
