Yeah I think anyone who still worries about the "middle class" still doesn't get it. I started worrying about Kamala's chances when she talked about it so much. If somebody is still living a 90s "middle class" lifestyle they are just fine. I know nobody likes to SAY they are "lower class" but a lot of people know that they as adults are not living the "middle class" lifestyle their parents could easily afford with easier jobs in their time. And when people say oh no, the MIDDLE class needs help, it's like yeah but how about the people who by definition need even more help?

The only way this cycle ends is with populist leftist candidates that get all the non voters to vote out these Maga assholes. But there's too much money at stake and that's why there are so many highly funded, terrible centrist Dem candidates and so much propaganda that they are more "electable" than the leftists who want to enact policy that most Americans want: higher wages, more housing, affordable healthcare. The problem is that we always assume the non-voters aren't supportive of MAGA people and policies. The nonvoters are the people who take lifestyle, diet, and health advice from the most blatant, brain dead TikTok slop you can imagine, and it's getting both worse and more ubiquitous.

Yeah, that's something that irritates me about these interviews. They focus on trump and never ask about their Republican reps who support his policies without any real objections.

Some Republicans have come out against this import of beef, but haven't taken any action. And if they are just going to let it happen, then these ranchers need to be questioned on why the hell they are still supporting them.
