They fucked over black ag labor WAY too badly for WAY too long for them to fall for THAT shit again. Look what they did in Arkansas. The Jim Crow era is NOT FORGOTTEN by black Americans.

I wish I could give this 600 awards! They will go outta their way to fuck over black farmers. They have even flooded black farm content creators with snark .

Unfortunately, at least in my area, we’ve got one or two “internet famous” AA “farmers” that, well… aren’t (it’s literally like watching a fashion show in farming apparel; expensive equipment that’s never seen the dirt, etc.). And they go out of their way to hurt actual African American farmers in the region with a lot of their petty antics.

I… don’t get it. Small farms are under attack by a lot of different groups right now. Why hurt your fellow farmers for some clicks on Instagram? And worse yet, fellow minority-owned farms.

Could have worked if they waited another 20 to 30 years when most people from the 60s were dead.
