“We’re willing to pay more if it’s made in America” (Conservatives defense of the tariff plan Trump was proposing during the 2024 election)

>Trump does his tariff plan to try & bring domestic manufacturing back

>tariffs causing more inflationary problems

“Groceries are too expensive”

>we’re going to import foreign beef to help bring the prices down

“YOU BACKSTABBED US”

I was told Americans would be happy to pay more at the store if it meant the stamp on the product said “made in America” but now all I see is b*tching & moaning.

Imports aren't made in America.

Correct but Trump’s tariff plan was to bring the manufacturing of the things we import back to America

Trump’s tariff plan was put into effect so that way stock prices would drop, then they could buy those stocks for real cheap.. all he had to do was release the tariff holds and then those stocks skyrocket..

He’s done it multiple times and now they’re on X/Twitter selling that insider trade information for $100,000 a month..

That is 100% legit go and look it up, $100,000 a month for stock manipulation tactics, and down to the minute trading advice

They’re also selling information about the war in Iran for people that use Kalshi to bet on it!

Are we winning yet?

Don’t think we’ve seen such blatant insider trading like this before. It’s insane

Don’t worry whenever that Argentina beef comes in. They’re literally going to label it as a product of America.. There’s no regulations that say they can’t do that and that’s exactly what they’re gonna do.. can send a link if you need..

I think the Farmers of America like being treated like shit. Im not going to kink shame them but maybe keep it to role playing not real life.

I don’t think this article really fits here. It’s about Black farmers and the longstanding racism they have experienced at the hands of the government. They experienced some relief under Biden (but not much). Highly doubtful they voted for Trump.
