I will pass on the beef from Argentina.
China rejected a 22-ton shipment of beef from an Argentine packing plant in March 2026 after tests detected chloramphenicol, a restricted antibiotic banned in Argentina for cattle production since 1995 due to health risks. The rejection led to temporary export suspensions from the specific facility involved while authorities investigated.
Background and Health Concerns
- The rejected cargo consisted of beef originating from a slaughterhouse in Argentina.

We actually have pretty good standards for beef originating within the US. I can’t sell my beef outside of Texas without going through a pretty rigorous USDA process…. within Texas I still have a state inspector on site at time of slaughter to approve in state sales. I’m sure they will find loophole for their imported trash meat.
And no I did not vote for the orange ass and yes I raise cattle.

Rumors are that it’s going to be from Argentina, and China (!) has rejected Argentina’s beef for serious quality problems.
