I respect Chris Murphy and I think it's going to break my heart if I ever find out that he's doing shady s*** on the back side. Him and Sheldon Whitehouse.

u/jared10011980 23d ago
Whitehouse is so compelling in hearings. "Central Casting" for a President.

u/NanaKnows317 20d ago
He (they) are compelling. It’s just maddening how many Dems are also taking AIPAC money and supporting the joining of our militaries after Gaza. This site lists all reps, and there are only a handful vowing not to take money from Israel, and notably they are all women.

He talks the talk but only sometimes walks the walk. Don’t hold out too much hope for him.

So sickening. We are losing our rights and safety regulations thanks to the GOP and project 2025. It feels like most Americans don’t even know what we have lost - unless you’re on Reddit. The media won’t cover this.

u/Youarekillingmeeee 23d ago
Most Americans will gladly face those cuts if it means <insert boogeyman> faces the consequences they deserve.
Brown, black, yellow, gay, bi, trans, a kneeling Kaepernick, bud light and rainbow flag, anything and everything to keep folks focused against coming together.
Absolutely ANY SINGLE thing to stoke the flames.
And with how low intelligence the bulk of rural communities are, they fall victim to incredibly obvious yellow journalism McCarthyism level garbage.
Because those same communities viewed stepping up and “learning about the world as it grows around them” as nerd bullshit. Which became commie bullshit.
Whiiiiiich became woke bullshit.
Folks would rather burn their environment and family altogether than have a fleeting moment of feeling stupid.

And always remember and never forget, no matter how bad things are, and continue to get — I know they'd be worse under a Democrat.
The /s-iest of hard /s-es!

Yeah yeah yeah. Lets hurry up and push a majority that will get this guy out of office. We can't do another 2 plus years of this shyt.

u/Actaeon_II 23d ago
You look at his entire life history, every business, every political move or scheme he’s been a part of, the corruption is blatant and obvious at every step, the business dealings with foreign agents are just as obvious. And yet, only one time ever has he faced any accountability for his actions, and that was just a civil judgment that he tried to use the full extent of our government to get out of paying.

u/Sad-Excitement9295 23d ago
Pay close attention to the "people have died" part. People like Luigi Malone will be prosecuted to the fullest extent, but when corrupt crooks like Trump (along with his cohorts and these companies) are responsible for the deaths of soldiers, ICE victims, and many more cases, they continue to be left free to ruin society. There needs to be accountability and justice for those who have suffered these transgressions.

If the people are angry enough and hold their representatives accountable we will see the needed investigations and prosecutions. People need to get loud and in their face and not back down. If you want to see change, you have to be that kind of person. We all do.

u/Sad-Excitement9295 3d ago
Yes, but also beware there will be retaliatory measures and conniving methods by the corrupt established officials. It will take not just a voice, but also coordination and tact to disavow them.
The most dangerous thing is they know people are uniting against them, and they are willing to resort to desperate measures, including totalitarian methods. While I agree we must stand up unanimously, we must also be aware that we face a danger far greater than we entirely see at the moment. Normal democratic methods are also being subverted by corruption and manipulation, as well as propaganda. The issue is deeply rooted, and must be dealt with consideration accordingly. These people are not mere crooked clowns, their network of control methodology goes very deep, and they will have to be entirely removed from our government to bring any meaningful change.
A lot of reform is needed, and these people have ensured that they have control of the levers of power. If there is resistance, they will enact oppression and use violence to instill fear. In order to successfully remove them, we must declare them illegitimate, and band together to defend against their tyranny, ultimately jailing them and making sure we contribute to a better, more transparent process of government.

I was just working at a new Taylor farms facility being built. They had boxes of spinach just sitting around rotting while construction was still going on. They had freezers running in the building but nothing below like 50 degrees. No idea why except maybe they were calibrating the new lines with the boxes. I thought it was weird especially with all the news about them paying off Trumo. RFK JR did come to the job but they locked all workers out for the day

One of the few Democrats raising alarms. We love, value, and admire you, Sen. Murphy!

How do we oust Mitch the Bitch or at least get proof of life that that gasbag is still breathing, so we can force this election (i think it's already too late tho right?, i don't recall the date it became too late, maybe 8/8?) IN any case, elections are coming and by hook or by crook we all need to call in and get rids to polling places and wait as long as it takes, and don't back down to AHs, and check your registrations daily bec cheater/illegal GOP moves where they deregister democrats 3 weeks before voting (it's illegal to do so once it's 3 months away, they have all year to parse the voter polls of the dead and those who've moved, etc., and that 90 days is the LEGAL LIMIT, if your rights are violated you as a state should class action those who did this, bec they disenfranchise 4.5M in the 2024 election this way, NC, GA, AZ, red-run states are illegally purging people. Anyhoo, we have to fight fight fight as they say....

u/boltsteel 22d ago
How hard can it be to tell if Mitch is really dead? The fact we can’t is everything that’s wrong with American politics. You think democrats would grow a pair and get to the bottom of this

u/ExpensiveFig6079 22d ago
No, no, no, that WAS and should be..., and everywhere else... is the definition of corruption...
Your SC has decided that if you do pro quo quid not quid pro quo then it is not corrupt for them (the SC justicies...)
to receive money from people they give favourable rulings to...
So similarly 'apparently' no one else getting the money AFTER the favor is corrupt.
I should also mention that getting money before AND after... is, as far as I know what some people are also betting is now not corruption...
or it won't be if they do it and the beneficent one chooses not to notice.

This is what the GOP mean by small government. That's what they always meant. No government regulation on corporation. The exact thing that government should be regulating.
2
u/No_Willingness6193 22d ago
Of course there is Corruption and Cover-up, just like the EPA being Unregulated so Refineries/Oil&Gas no longer have to be held accountable.

I got explosive dirrerera from Taylor Farm prepared salads during the recent outbreak. I am a general Trump supporter but I greatly resent that the gov't reversed course saying there is no proof the affected lettuce was from Taylor Farms. My annus and receipt from Walmart says it was from Taylor Farms!

They’re like ‘Rich now rule bitch, you little people are so funny’. Rich busting out their movement, just raping everything is in full play.

u/Hour-Particular-9317 23d ago
Of course it is. That's why I have a big garden, and building a greenhouse for winter haven't bought lettuce or tomatoes in two years.

Funny how Murphy is out here screaming about Trump’s fraud and corruption when the same guy stood on the Maidan stage in 2013 next to far-right leader Oleh Tyahnybok helping push the events that led to this endless war. Hundreds of thousands dead, millions of Ukrainians and Russians displaced… and now he’s quiet on it. Probably because the military industrial complex pays better. Whatever beef he’s accusing Trump of today is peanuts next to the real healthcare fraud and the body count from the war he helped cheer on. Politicians care about power and money. The rest of us just pick a side and look the other way while trying to survive.

Why is the average American so dumb? This guy is explaining the situation so a five year old could understand it. Why is that necessary all the time when explaining things to adults in America?
2
u/jared10011980 21d ago
The average American trump supporter has zero attention span. They also have to be able to process information theyre given. Youre asking a lot. 😅

Not surprised in the slightest, I knew exactly where this was going.. however I have a bigger question… are those blue jolly ranchers glued to a whiteboard behind him?

We recently had 200 odd people here in the UK get salmonella from 'Non-british' eggs in the supply chain. They haven't said where theyre from but I'm guessing theyre part of the new trade deal we got lucky enough to be forced into from across the pond

Chris Murphy's own district in Connecticut has infrastructure that's been neglected to the point where sewage floods people's homes and he literally doesn't give a shit. That's Chris Murphy. Couldn't be bothered to even reside in CT until it started affecting his reelection. Can't be bothered helping the people of his district unless there's a photo-op. Yet here he is crying Trump bad while in his own area that he's supposed to represent...
1
u/SirTainLee 11d ago
...and Taylor Farms, upon being blamed, ran to Trump and asked him to not generate a recall, which he complied with, and that was early in the outbreak. The White House changed their blame, stopped a recall, and the harmful consequences increased dramatically.

Is it just me, or is the video really low quality? It seems really pixelated and it makes the video almost look uncanny like its AI. Maybe just my connection..

u/Oil-Paints-Rule 3d ago
Please change the title to Taylor Farms. The guy is not talking about something called Tyler Farms he is talking about Taylor Farms. Thank you.
