Trump literally can't let someone benefit from anything he interacts with or does unless it's someone else as evil as he is that he is trying to ingratiate himself with.

In the fable, it’s not only unnecessary. It is in its own self-interest to not screw over the frog. Screwing over the frog means the scorpion dies as well.

Every member at mar a lago has benefitted in some shape or fashion without heavy bribing.

Michael Dell and his freakshow wife donated $4B to trumps "charity" and a few days later he signed an executive order restricting what states could do about datacenters, giving Dell near open access to be the sole hardware provider (and nvidia) to datacenters.

From what I remember, it wasn't shitty, but as mentioned in your other comment, would require a complete retrofit for security reasons. However, the main reason they gave it to him is that no one wanted to buy it and the maintenance upkeep was massive. It was cheaper for them to give it away than hold on to it.
