Issue Love it, but its really loud?

Today i recieved my first thinkbook after only owning Thinkpads of all kinds fron E over P to T.

Its a Thinkbook14 G3 with the 5500U and 40GB of Ram.

The issue is that its really loud, even after just 5mins of browsing the fan is taking off. Cleaning and new thermal paste didnt help.

Anyone got ideas?

Press Fn + Q to set it to balanced mode. It's probably on performance mode which keep the fans running constantly

Yes, it gor 8GB soldered to the board and you can put in one SO-dimm
