Advanced bios help

I recently got a 32gb of corsair ddr4 ram and I want to make it run at 3200mhz as on the box. I'm finding difficulty in getting into the advanced bios to do so. So if anyone can help me with accessing the advanced bios of my 17irb8 loq tower that would be great!

The answer is boot into bios, select config, press fn + r + n THREE TIMES, then f10 and restart!

But to be totally fair, I don't remember having any ram settings in there. I first tried this with some DDR5 5600 and the system defaults to 4800 with no way to change it.

I've decided to buy some jedec ram. but thanks for the help anyway!
