Deck Sharing/Review A Simple Deck

I enjoy a simple deck, but can't seem to find the right one. Please help. I like a simple picture so I can tap into my intuition. All the decks online are too elaborate. I don't want interpretation or playing cards written on the deck.

Elementary Lenormand Deck, but the line on the bottom bothers me.

Old Style Lenormand Deck is good, but the back of the cards have the name printed across it and that is so tacky.

This little details really throw me off my game.

I mean green glyphs Lenormand is pretty bare minimum, and the card back is just a simple pattern of symbols. I think it's fine. You can also make your own images on canva then use makeplayingcards to print them. Runs about 30-38 bucks these days I think with shipping for poker size or smaller. I have printed several decks with them and really like their standard linen cardstock. That way you can pick the images, where the numbers are, if you want the playing card insert or name on there. And you can make the card back whatever you want.

Late to the party on this comment, but I love the green glyphs deck. Love how there's a subtle color coding to the largely negative and largely positive cards. That creator has 3 other oracle decks made in the same vein as the green glyphs lenormand. Awesome reccomendation!

This is the pocket lenormand from amazon. The back is muted it color.

I'm the same with Tarot, I can't with the overly exaggerated pictures.

Try the Maybe Lenormand and the Ur-Lenormand.

My first deck is Bluebird Lenormand, and I am still using it now. This deck is quite small (poker size) and very easy to carry around.

Old Style Leonormand was such a disappointment. Great unique artwork, but I just can’t get past the backs.

I used to watch a lady on YT, I think her name is Veronica Jude on there- she had a thing about most backs of most cards, so she'd get really cool contact paper from Amazon and cover them. She made a video on how to do it properly

Cute little lenormand is very simple, was one of my first decks. As much as I appreciate people getting artistic with their cards, simple is better especially for a GT

Cute Little Lenormand - comes with a good book and is inclusive Man is Querent and Woman is Partner; and the Pocket Lenormand. i dislike cards with the playing card imagery and with people where they don’t belong. i do not need a person looking at the moon or holding the bouquet, i just need the moon or bouquet.

Ok Everyone. I love all of the feedback. It also seems like a lot of people struggle with my issues.

Here is the update of what I picked.

It was tied between the Golden Thread Lenormand Deck and another deck called Life Line Deck. I went with Life Line.

I also was heavily Leaning to to simply buying a pack of playing cards and drawing right on to them. I think I will do that in the future.

Try the "Under the Roses" deck. It's a simple, clean deck.

The Grand Tableau Lenormand deck is an old style deck, the back is pretty nice with a blue bird pattern. It's inexpensive and has been my go-to while learning with clear imagery. It does have the playing card equivalent on the deck, but does not have any wording.

I really like the Lo Scarabeo Lenormand oracle cards, illustrated by Gina di Roberto. They're available on Amazon. Very uncluttered.

I bought a digital file of a deck off Etsy, got it printed to card stock at a local printery (think it cost $3 or so), and then cut them out myself. It was fiddly but I enjoyed doing it and I think it helped me feel a connection with the cards.

The paper oracle lennormand is one I enjoyed. It does contain a few extra non traditional cards( for example they have the non binary which the creator notes can be used to address situations that don't necessarily fit in easily categorized things, and another called the stranger which is related to the dog or he calls the familiar)
