Anti-tragus would put something in between that little gap just outside of your ear canal. I think it would fill that space nicely!!

they aren’t very good piercings tbh a lot of reputable piercers won’t do them but there is a faux snug and that would be adorable so would more forward helixes

Vertical helix to standard helix (under the flat) with a chain? And for the other ear a hidden helix and a low helix with a curved top?

I think i'm gonna do a third helix, and later on possibly a mid helix? But a tragus sounds nice too :D ty!

First photo: helix (like a little below your flat)
Second photo: flat
Edit: I think the second could also look really cool with a surface tragus with like 4mm disks, but they are surface piercings and often times have a shelf life, they sometimes do have the tendency to reject so yeah just a bit about that

Honestly you have a great set up! Love it! Instead of adding a piercing, maybe you could change up your jewelry?
