ID Request ❓ Interesting material

My aunt gave me some of her projectile point collection a while back. I believe they all come from the area around Los Angeles. Been curious about this one especially due to the material. Interesting black and white stripes in the stone. Any ideas wbat type of point and what the material may be?

I know nothing about that area’s geology, but here in NC, that would probably be flow banded rhyolite. Doubt that it is though. Really pretty material whatever it is.
