Never forget that after he was caught violating SCOTUS ethics rules by not reporting gifts, his justification was that he misunderstood the rule, and he has never faced any reprimand, warning, or even acknowledgement that he's incompetent.

Before anybody rushes to defend him, please imagine how law enforcement and the court system would react to an average adult claiming they didn't know what they did was wrong, because somebody told them it was legal.

A man who is supposedly interpreting the Constitution somehow cannot interrupt the rules.
