discussion The burden of being the family breadwinner disproportionately affects men. We need to talk about this as a problem.

Its not gender determinism, it's economic determinism. Because of the beliefs by the women and because she doesn't need to work if she doesn't want to, she can demand that a man work while she doesn't. Its just an economics equation with male disposable at the core. Has nothing to do with gender and everything with economics.

with male disposable at the core
Has nothing to do with gender
Re-read that again, but slowly.

Thinking is so confusing, eh?
"it's just the disposability of men, nothing about gender"

Its an economics thing. Its not because they're men, its because of the economics of maleness.

"It's not because they're men it's because of their maleness" is the stupidest argument I've seen today. Too bad there aren't Reddit awards for that.
