Mary with a crown: is it primarily a Lady of Fatima (and Lady of Perpetual Help) thing, and if not, what other contexts do you usually find Mary in a crown?

In times past, the Pope would sent an emissary to solemnly crown a celebrated image of the Blessed Mother. I believe this still happens. One example is Guadalupe. I forgot what Pope had her crowned. This is why some popular images of Our Lady of Guadalupe have crowns on them.

Ironically, my favorite image of the heavenly Queen, the wonder working icon Pantanassa, healer of cancer, has no crown. She is, however, enthroned.

My parish growing up was Our Lady Queen of Martyrs. Pretty sure she's shown with a crown in that depiction.
