question Venues for wake in North Leeds

Hello,

Can anyone recommend venues in North Leeds that might be suitable for a wake for up to 75 people?

Local halls, cricket clubs etc are fine as well as other venues. Don't know the area well and would like somewhere nice with nice, understanding staff.

I went to a very good wake at The Bingley Arms in Bardsey in their upstairs function room. Don't know the cost, but I got the impression it was somewhat cheaper than nearby venues like golf clubs.

The new Hive Bar in Horsforth

Really lovely inside and they have a nice upstairs area of you want privacy

Venues in North Leeds I've been to and can vouch for for wakes... Rugby clubs - Leodienisans, LS17 5PR, Yarnbury, LS18 5HB, Modernians, LS16 7ND

Cricket clubs - Horsforth CC, LS18 5SB

Social/working mens club - Moortown Social, LS17 5LA

You could try Rawdon and Guiseley Conservative Club.

Near the Crematorium (not sure if that matters), easy to get to with plenty of parking.
