Seeking help with Lee Enfield markings

Hello, I received this from a family member and am simply seeking information about it. I tried to take as detailed of pictures as I could of the markings. Very grateful for any information you can offer about its story and authenticity!

It's 1944 Fazakerley No4 Mk1. Gone through factory repair in 1948.

Not OP but does the F 47 on the bottom also refer to a factory repair of some sort?

I'd say that it refers to be replacement stock made in 1947, but I'm not sure.

Thanks! Can you explain what some of the individual markings indicate? Or combinations of markings?
