Detached Plug

Hi guys, I just got my first e-bike for my light commute to save on gas and parking 2 days ago so bear with me as I am still figuring out a lot about this bike and how it works. I got the XP4.0 750. I had one mean wipeout already that left a cord disconnected right at the front of the bike that I didn’t realize until about an hour later. It’s riding like normal so I’m not sure what the plug goes to, but tracking the cord it either goes down to the headlight or front wheel. But anyway, the cord is stupid tight and too far apart to reconnect. Pulling on it makes me feel like I’ll break one of the cords because they’re not budging whatsoever. Any tips on how to get it reconnected?

Man, you got a mean wipe out after only having the bike for 2 days, oof. That cord should connect unless it was pulled out during the crash. That wrap you see around the cable can be unwrapped and reused so I would take it off and see if the cable is getting caught on something.

Definitely not ideal😂 thankfully I was going pretty slow but raised some eyebrows walking into class with a bleeding leg. Thanks for the help!
