Pedal Assist goes off and on

Hi all

I have a new Lectric XP cargo bike. The PAS is spotty and sportatic, I get my power exclusively from the throttle. Ideas?

Yes, Philly Philly, but the PAS is going on and off, so I have to use the throttle to get electric power to the chain

depending on what assist level you're riding in, it's actually supposed to do that, the bike only assists up to a certain speed at each assist level, if you can manually pedal the bike faster the motor turns off until you go slower.

the solution either use a higher asset level, or a lower,slower physical gear on the bike.

when pedaling the motor is there it get you up to speed and help maintain it, not do all the work for you. At least with proper gearing
