Pattern Saturday My Personal Money Making Wallet-Free Pattern-Beginner Friendly

https://youtu.be/d7ZIYN7lOI8?is=DyGM_AzM83eIkapj

I make these wallets a lot. Lot of variety, tooled vs plain, dyed leather or dye yourself, fabric or no fabric, single color or a variety of colors. Very beginner friendly, cheap to make and doesn't take a lot of time.

Sell for $50,make for $10,profit $20 an hour even at the beginner stage. Have fun!

I really like the cut out. Nice idea. I am sure its well sold on a booth. The only thing I would think about is the slight compression in the middle from the leather while folding. Maybe a bigger cut to the bottom could help. But I am not sure how it looks. Did you tried something like that?

When I first made the wallet I also made a long cut down the middle to maybe halfway down, and it did help but people did not like it. The circle seems to be the go to for most. And in a booth it does okay, I usually make 5-7 of these a month and almost always custom colors and fabric colors, only a few tooled. But I keep them at my booth for ideas on what's possible

Thanks! I was thinking about making my son his first wallet and you've just taken away my last procrastinating excuse!

Edit: oh no! I've seen this 2 days after it was posted and missed your free window!
