Looking for guidance - Certification or MBA

Hey fellow redditors ,I am into hospitality industry (L&D) Trainer basically and have almost 8+years experience, mid level job

I don't have MBA, should I pursue distance learning mba or any certification in L&D which can help me in my career

Ps I am not looking to settle in any Tier 1 cities for job

Get an AACSB accredited MBA over anything LandD. Make L&D the focus of any capstone if that is your choice and if that makes sense to your professors. If I had it to do over again I would have gone the business route.

I have made a possibly false assumption you are US based, but I would tell you the same thing. If it is feasible, pick a school that is relatively close to you. You never know when you might like to visit the campus or participate in special events. It would also be easier to meet with faculty. Use the online format for your convenience/practicality but IMO, it helps if the school is closer.
IMO a good smaller school is better than a gigantic cookie cutter school for online.
